Job Description

What you will do:

• Leverage data to develop a deep understanding of CAF's business operations and growth strategies.
• Use database tools/software to extract key data, analyze trends, model predictive analytics and identify targeted areas for innovation and testing using a combination of statistical and database tools focus on the more complex areas of the business
• Demonstrate strong teamwork by partnering effectively with others to meet common objectives; Be able to lead cross-functional projects within the CAF organization
• Review and analyze existing business strategies and be prepared to recommend and implement new processes or strategies based upon the data/analysis
• Produce reports and analysis for monthly portfolio performance tracking and evaluation
• Coach and train more junior analysts

A candidate will use advanced analytics to provide business insights to business leaders with similar or different business backgrounds through effective communications both verbally and thru presentations. This Associate must be passionate about using data to drive business decisions, have experience working within an analytical team, and have the ability to coach and guide more junior analysts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in an analytical major (Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.) with evidence of academic achievement required
• 2 - 3 years of experience in an analytical or strategic role or a combination of work experience and an advanced degree
• Strong technical ability to access, manipulate, and interpret data
• Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions
• Proficiency with computers, general software, Excel and PowerPoint are required
• Working proficiency in technical tools, including spreadsheet applications, SQL, Tableau, R/Python

Work Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Kennesaw, GA Office and has a Hybrid work arrangement in office 2 days a week
