Job Description
⭐ About the team: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing you will work across all workloads at DataDome, from PR to Product and everything in between. We love to experiment, be adventurous and bold as you will be leading the charge to scale the brand, the visual look and feel for a global-focused rocket ship of a company!
We are looking for a highly strategic Sr. Creative Leader to join our marketing team, to work remotely, preferably on Eastern Time. You will drive the next generation of the DataDome brand, create compelling, audience-centric visual content for our internal and external stakeholders.
Your scope: As the Sr. Creative Lead you will be expected to work closely with our marketing, sales, threat research, people and product teams to bring DataDome's data and expertise to life. A key part of this role is branding, and building scalable best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Drive the visual marketing and thought leadership trends for the company; especially those popular among our personas: CTOs, CISOs, IT, DevOps, etc.
- Strategize and develop the updated visual brand guidelines and iconography.
- Develop a point of view around all DataDome go-to-market graphic and experiential touchpoints, including (but not limited to) paid ads, social media graphics, infographics, blog post images, sales presentations, data charts and tables, web assets, print collateral, tradeshow booths, motion graphic design, etc.
- Manage a full brand audit, understand where DataDome is showing up, and begin the work of a potential rebrand, including our website.
- Up-level current brand expressions for the company as we find ourselves in hypergrowth.
- Partner with company stakeholders to translate complex and technical ideas, concepts, and input, into compelling and effective visuals and multimedia communications.
- Create repeatable processes for design that oversees input, production, and feedback. This includes coordinating internal and external resources to deliver design tasks on time and in line with our quality standards.
- Build toolkits, templates, and processes to promote self-service and design/branding consistency across the organization.
- Propose and explaining design ideas to various stakeholders.
- You are an expert with graphic design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects; familiarity with web, user experience (Figma, Sketch is a plus) and (ideally) video production processes (Premiere).
- Have flexibility across a wide range of design and video styles and formats, as exhibited in an impressive portfolio of prior work.
- Proven experience in B2B technology branding, marketing, or related field, managing design projects for multiple audiences, channels, and stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented working style, with the ability to turn around mockups, edits, and feedback quickly.
- Comfortable with sourcing and managing internal and external creative resources, in addition to providing self-service branded templates in Canva and Google Workspace for internal stakeholders to use as needed.
- Fluent English speaker.
