Addison Group has a client who is looking for a Accountant! Our client is located in the Northwest metro and this role could be a great opportunity to work with an outstanding organization that offers excellent benefits and growth potential. Our client is in the property management industry and is looking for a Accountant that has experience creating financial statements, heavy month end close and worked with multiple ERP systems. The Accountant is a full-time permanent position with a salary range between $55-$60k annually.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating financial statements for 8-10 different properties
• Managing the financial close on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Working with heavy reconciliations, JE, GL entries
• Assist with all audit prep, working through merger and acquisitions of financials
• Process banking transactions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience creating financial statements for multiple properties
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Advanced Excel
• SAP, Oracle, or Great Plains
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Staff Accountant
• Real Estate or Property Management experience is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working for a large company
• Experience working for a publicly traded company
