Staff Data Scientist

As we take on more customers and unique challenges we are looking for a Staff Data Scientist who can help optimize performance of our deployed product models. Come join a team of creative technical experts who collaborate with customers to ensure their success with OfferFit!

In the role you will:

• Take a leading role in the optimization and troubleshooting of live Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML models driving OfferFit's marketing campaign use cases.

• Analyze and improve OfferFit's Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML algorithms in collaboration with the Applied ML engineering team that develops our ML pipeline.

• Create new custom diagnostic tests and analyses to support OfferFit's Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML algorithms.

Technical Landscape:

• OfferFit is creating a GUI based customizable -ML platform

• ML Approaches: Contextual Bandits Causal ML Gradient Boosting

• Data Science/Back End: Python (Pandas Sklearn) Gradient Boosting (Catboost XGBoost Lightgbm) SHAP SQL (GBQ)

• Architecture/DevOps: Airflow GCP

Additional Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English both written and verbal

• Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings team offsite workshops customer meetings and industry-related events
