- Work on all parts of the ecosystem, from first-time experience flows, to improvements to existing features, to novel approaches to workflowsÂ
- Contribute to group strategy and product visionÂ
- Apply the incredible power of modern AI to the real-world workflows and problems of our industry, distilling patterns and techniques as we learn about interacting in this new worldÂ
- Follow and contribute to our Document Crunch design system and best practices, and mentor design team membersÂ
- 7+ years of experience designing applications (with a focus on B2B products)Â
- Experience leading design initiatives across multiple products or platformsÂ
- Portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in solving complex UX challenges, particularly for B2B productsÂ
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineers and product management, and with leadership on strategy and approachÂ
- Solid knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies, but adaptive and always happy to try out new approachesÂ
- Expert proficiency using industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, AdobeXD, etc)Â
- Ideally a strong understanding of and experience with various AI tools and user experiencesÂ
- We are currently hiring in our Austin, TX hub. While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in this location to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers and training.Â
- Competitive salary and benefits package.Â
- Close to the ground floor of an incredibly high-growth businessÂ
- Substantial internal growth opportunities and emphasis on personal & professional developmentÂ
- Generous paid time off policyÂ
- World class medical, dental, and vision benefitsÂ
- 401kÂ
