   • Have a deep understanding of concepts relating to MDM or a related enterprise platform space (PIM, CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) and work processes.
   • Experience in the areas of STIBO MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance, and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities
   • Have experience working with Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures (SOA / EDA), JMS messaging, SOAP, and REST-full services.
   • Stay up to date on the latest Master Data Management trends
   • Minimum of 4 years of experience with implementations of STIBO Systems' STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform and expert knowledge of STIBO STEP implementation including STEP Configuration; STEP Workflows and Business Rules, STEPXML, WebUI, DAM and Integration Endpoints.
   • Proven business acumen in design and implementation of STEP product domain.
   • Good knowledge of MDM ingestion/ publish mechanism( Real Time, Batch)
   • Experience in the areas of MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities.
   • Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data.
   • STIBO implementation/support team experience
