The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) will prospect, qualify, pursue, develop and close strategic opportunities in a select group of highly strategic prospects. They will develop trusted advisor level relationships with senior executives and other important decision makers, utilizing these relationships to establish TigerConnect as a preferred partner and create new business opportunities. The SAE will also be required to operate collaboratively within the internal TigerConnect organization, influencing and executing effectively within a matrixed organization including the sales, marketing, client success, and product teams.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the sales process for strategic new logo customers from qualification through to contract negotiation
  • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan, utilizing strategic thinking, account based marketing and value based assets within the TigerConnect Value Ecosystem
  • Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Build strong, cross functional relationships with all levels of a customer organization, proven track record of building strong relationships across numerous personas and personalities
  • Understand competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize data and scorecards to review trends and develop actionable outcomes
  • Travel to client sites as needed


What You Bring:

  • 10+ years experience in business development or new logo sales in an enterprise SaaS industry required with minimum 3 years in healthcare
  • A proven track record of success selling in territory to strategic prospects
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of health systems and healthcare is preferred
  • Experience working with executive-level leadership internally and externally
  • Experience in negotiating customer contracts & pricing
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience with implementing and managing EMR, health technologies, SaaS or consulting solutions in the health system market, targeting all levels of organizations
  • Tech stack experience preferred - Salesforce and Outreach


How We Pay:

  • Total compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and commission
  • We offer a competitive commission structure designed to reward for performance with accelerators and no caps
  • This position will have On Target Earnings in the range of $200,000.00 - $300,000.00
