What You'll Bring:

• Ability to capture and analyze market information including metrics from key industries, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written) to develop presentations and reports to the executive leadership
• Good interpersonal skills to work and collaborate with various teams and levels of seniority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Advanced fluency in English

What you'll bring (desirable, but not mandatory):

• Experience in strategic planning, business consulting or competitive intelligence areas
• Ability to develop financial model for business case
• Knowledge in information solutions, financial services, fintech, and insurance industries
• Think-Cell knowledge is a plus

Impact You'll Make:

• Support the execution of Strategy & Planning activities contributing with inputs and insights for the decision-making process and assuring alignment and clarity of the strategic initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas within the key verticals and line of products.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis based on market and company data and translate it into strategic insights.
• Collaborate with various areas in a cross-functional team to align the company strategic view with each area priorities and plans.
• Work on presentations and reports providing recommendations to the executive leadership, and assuring clarity and effective communication of the company strategic initiatives.

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
