We are looking for highly motivated and organized Working Student to be part of building a stronger people experience at Personio.
The role at a glance:

• Own the hiring process: Take charge of hiring Interns and Working Students at Personio, from screening CVs and conducting initial interviews to coordinating with hiring managers and making offers.
• Bring fresh ideas to campus recruiting: Research target schools, design creative materials like newsletters and presentations, and help us connect with top talent.
• Support impactful projects: Collaborate with the Talent Enablement Team to enhance the candidate journey and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
• Optimize our processes: Roll up your sleeves and work on improving our Talent Acquisition operations to make things more efficient and scalable.

What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for working students who excel at building connections, show empathy, and communicate effectively.
Hard Skills:

• You're currently studying for a university degree in a related field (Business, HR, Psychology).
• Some experience in HR, People Experience, or similar areas (through internships or working student roles) is a big plus.
• You're fluent in German and English-essential for working in our European environment.

Soft Skills:

• You're passionate about HR and have an employee-first mindset.
• You've got great people skills and love collaborating with others.
• Your approach to work is diligent and detail-oriented. You're comfortable with analytical tasks but don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves for manual ones when needed.
• You're proactive, responsible, and take ownership of your work.

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
