Aufgaben:
- Überprüfen der Umsetzung und Gewährleistung von Engineering Verbesserungen und Implementierungen durch eine geeignete Prozesserstellung
- Unterstützung in der Prozessanalyse für Engineering Reviews und Changemanagement.
- Verbesserung der Engineering Checklisten und automatisieren des Prozesses.
- Mitarbeit in der Verbesserung des Lean Daily Managements sowie des Änderungsmanagement zur Optimierung der Engineering-Prozesse
- Aktive Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung nach den Prinzipien des Lean Management
Anforderungen:
- Student/-in eines relevanten Studienganges (z.B. Maschinenbau, Ingenieurswissenschaften), oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Freundliches Auftreten sowie gute Umgangsformen
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Interesse an Engineering- und Produktionsprozessen
- Wünschenswert: Grundkenntnisse in Smart-Sheet
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, klar und präzise zu dokumentieren

Stundenumfang: 8 Stunden/Woche
Tasks:
- Review and ensure the realization of engineering improvements and implementations through appropriate process creation.
- Support in process analysis for engineering reviews and change management.
- Improve engineering checklists and automate the process.
- Collaboration in the improvement of lean daily management and change management to optimize engineering processes.
- Active participation in initiatives for continuous process improvement according to the principles of lean management
Requirements:
- Student of a relevant degree program (e.g. mechanical engineering, engineering sciences), or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Friendly demeanor and good manners
- Team and communication skills
- Interest in engineering and production processes
- Desirable: basic knowledge of Smart-Sheet
- Communication skills and the ability to document clearly and precisely.
Location: Mönchengladbach
Working hours: 8 hours / week
