About the Role:
We're on the search for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing co-manufacturing and co-packing relationships, production planning at a high growth CPG start up, and forecasting to accurately project future capacity needs. This role will be pivotal in optimizing procurement and supply chain processes and ensuring we are continuing to support the evolving demand needs of our organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning teams to help develop monthly production plans based on inventories, financial forecast, and bottoms-up demand plan
- Perform analyses and give recommendations on various supply scenarios given changing capacities & demand outlooks
- Own and maintain the supply planning model for the North America business, ensuring inputs and production outputs are accurate
- Maintain rolling 12-month supply forecasts and provide visibility to all key partners including contract manufacturers, copackers, and the Procurement team
- Lead bi-weekly inventory allocation with Customer Supply Chain teams in order to appropriately manage available product in alignment with business priorities
- Assume full responsibility of existing co-packing relationships
- Manage regularly scheduled cross functional meetings to support all value added services initiatives
- Place and manage purchase orders within Feastables ERP and effectively communicate production priorities to manufacturing partners
Recipe for success:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred; experience with ERP systems is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
