Job Description:

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT)systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to ITsystems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of theclient/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation)problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation andcommunication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch systemand hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX andWindows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity andconfigures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliabilityand performance.

The Level 3 System Administrator shall possess the following capabilities:

TKO is seeking a Cloud/Linux Systems Administrator to support the DCS TTO Integration Team. This position will support all the cloud environments, both unclassified and classified that are part of the overall DCS infrastructure footprint

Required Skills/Experience:

• Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure); services provisioning, management of virtual services, familiarity with vendor Platform as a Service offerings
• Linux system administration and integration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• System monitoring and maintenance to include service upgrades and security patching and IAVA management
• Troubleshooting of services (Tier 1/2 level)
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Configuration management support, familiarity with Puppet/SIMP, Ansible, Salt, Chef
• Familiarity with configuration and workflow tools such as GitLab, Jira

Desired Skills:

• RPM development, deployment, and upgrade experience

Qualifications:

• Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
