Let’s work together to succeed together! A minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience in some of the following areas is a good start (the more the better):

  • Solid Working knowledge of Apple devices, Macbooks, and IOS.
  • A solid understanding of the necessity for, and practice of, basic network, server, workstation, and end user security, and multi factor authentication methods.
  • Supporting, managing, troubleshooting, and resolving first and second level service requests with the appropriate level of urgency and professionalism across a wide variety of technical environments.
  • Direct and indirect contact with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Proper management of workflow using research, documentation, RMM tools, ticket system, and communication.
  • The ability to effectively communicate technical information using written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (servers and workstations).
  • Working knowledge of Remote Desktop and VPN configuration and usage.
  • Installation and maintenance of a wide variety of applications on servers and workstations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and licensing, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of teleconferencing applications such as Zoom, Skype, and Teams.
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network printers and scanners.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of peripheral hardware such as docking stations, printers, mice, keyboards, and monitors.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Support and management of Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP/DHCP and DNS.
  • Experience monitoring for, and responding to, server and network outages.
  • Basic knowledge of phone system maintenance and configuration.

Experience in the following areas and certifications will serve you greatly in this role:

  • Apple Certified Support Professional.
  • Comp TIA A+ certification.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification.
  • Working knowledge of basic network concepts, devices, and best practices.
  • On-premise and cloud backup technologies.

Work Schedule/Travel - Shifts for this role will be scheduled between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM (MT). In addition to the normal work shifts, you must periodically be able to work on-call, after-hours, and holidays . Travel may include up 10% to the various client locations across the U.S. The primary work location will be in Aurora, Colorado, with an occasional requirement for on-premise client support. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable motor vehicle with valid proof of insurance. You must also be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Salary range: Up to $27.50 per hour.
