To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire Systems Analyst – IT who is based out of in Chennai, India.

Reporting to Manager & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage, monitor, GOT IT incident queue for Baan Functional issues.
• Solving the incidents within SLA time
• Interact with different Interface teams to ensure smooth flow and closing of incidents on time.
• Troubleshoot issues raised by various stakeholders and raise the task to Development team to resolve the issues
• Interacting with Solution Management team and Finance IT wherever needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Any Bachelor or Master degree in CA (Inter) / CMA(Inter) / MBA (Finance / FinTech)
• Overall Work Experience of 1 - 3 years in Finance Domain / applications.
• Looking for a Techno-Functional candidate eager to learn technical skills on top of finance knowledge.
• Experience as a key user or consultant for finance departments like GL, Costing, FP&A, AR, AP etc.
• Strong Communication (Verbal & non-verbal), Documentation & problem-solving skills.
• Rotational shifts - 7am-4pm & 2pm-11pm.
