We are seeking a Specialist or Manager for technology hiring to join the Talent Acquisition team
in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment andÂ
providing clients with exceptional services.Â

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Support the full life cycle of recruitment through hiring to include planning, coordination, executionÂ
of virtual and in-person recruiting events, on-boarding, engagement, and off-boarding activities
• Coordinate background checks, monthly reporting of all hiresÂ
• Source for experienced candidates to support recruiting team
• Partner with recruiters to schedule a high volume of virtual/on-site interviews for variousÂ
departments across multiple locations both regionally and globally
• Apply an analytical approach to the role - leverage data and trends to inform recruiting decisionsÂ
and strategic tactics
• Administer our Glassdoor and other social media sites
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting experienced and/or campus hiring orÂ
equivalent internships
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
• Attitude of hospitality
• Excellent organization skills – this role will be working on multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus
• Experience working with Workday is a plus
