Job Description Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be supporting the Campus Recruitment team with the full life-cycle of the recruitment process and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support recruiters in candidate development & life cycle
- Create PowerPoint presentations for team
- Post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed)
- Manage external job boards (i.e., Handshake, Careerbuilder)
- Assist in researching new avenues to attract and identify top talent
- Schedule interviews and coordinate travel
- Prepare offer letters
- Resolve issues in Workday, Phenom People, etc.
- Generate reports and track metrics related to hiring
- Interface with external vendors
- Invoice processing and reconcile recruiting expenses
- Build strong relationships and partnerships across broader HR functions
The Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have additional accountabilities, as follows:
- Assist recruiter(s) at local job fairs and recruiting events
- Coordinate and schedule campus recruiting events within our firm
- Manage campus recruiting job requisitions within Workday & Handshake
- Manage Early-in-Career inbox and all email communications from the campus team to candidates and other employees
- Manage SharePoint site and documents
- Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of our team's Intern programs
Qualification:
- BA /BA degree
- 0-2 years' Human Resources administration experience and/or previous recruiting experience
- Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Technology savvy including social media and process mapping
- Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) a plus
