Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on Sales and Tech hiring. As a TA Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company's needs and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions, with a focus on Sales and Technology profiles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels including job boards, social media, and internal networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.
  • Manage candidate experience and ensure timely feedback at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of job descriptions, technical requirements, and candidate screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including job boards, LinkedIn, and social recruiting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidates effectively.
