Job Description
In this role as a Talent Development Program Manager, you will support the execution of Bio-Rad's newly created Learning Academy and development of learning resources to provide ongoing growth and development for our leaders and employees. The Global Talent Management team at Bio-Rad is responsible for designing and implementing programs which ensure our talent is well positioned to meet our Company goals. Examples of our programs include career development, management development and succession planning. You will play a lead role in the design and implementation of these programs. The success of the Global Talent Management team depends on insightful judgment, creative design, and collaborative interaction with HR and Senior Managers. Our talent management programs must be engaging, contemporary and designed with the Company priorities as well as the employee experience in mind.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Play a lead role in the design and facilitation of Bio-Rad's management and employee development programs for the Americas.
- Play a lead role in supporting the ongoing development, design and implementation of the Bio-Rad Learning Academy for the Americas.
- Play a lead role in developing blended learning solutions targeted at particular segments of our workforce in relation to key business priorities.
- Partner with Global Talent Development (GTD) colleagues to ensure GTD programs and initiatives are aligned within the Americas' region and across all 3 regions.
- Identify creative learning offerings and deploy these offerings using appropriate learning solutions involving classroom, virtual learning and digital social learning platforms.
What You Bring:
- Education: BA/BS Degree required, MA/MS preferred - in Learning & Development/Talent Management or related field.
- Work Experience: 7 to 10 years' experience in Corporate Learning & Development in high tech or bio-tech industry.
- In depth experience designing and implementing global talent management programs.
- Exceptional facilitations skills both in classroom and virtually (i.e., live online training).
- Experience in designing and implementing global succession planning and talent development processes a plus.
- Experience selecting, implementing and gaining adoption for digital learning tools or environment.
- Excellent program implementation / orchestration skills; Strategic Thinker and Implementer.
- Organizational and business savvy.
- Google and MS Suite; advanced Powerpoint and Excel.
- Ability to work credibly with senior executives and use insightful judgment to determine learning priorities and develop compelling relevant content.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $174,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
