Team Leader

Salary - £13.06ph plus Veolia benefits 

Hours - 46.66 hours per week. Rolling rota - to be confirmed at interview 

Monday to Saturday 6am - 4.30pm

Overtime when needed - x1.5 

Location - Waste Transfer Station, Shireoaks, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 7DJ

What will you be doing?

• Manage the employees within the team ensuring the effective provision of designated contract services on a day to day basis.

• Accurate recording and monitoring of holidays and sickness

• Control waste reception activities for both incoming and outgoing loads in conjunction with the weighbridge operative.

• Control the acceptance, storing and loading of the materials accepted

• Complete all relevant daily inspections and associated paperwork

• Undertake daily maintenance checks of equipment

• Ensure that vehicle turnaround times are met as per the contractual KPI

What are we looking for?

• Full clean current driving licence

• Knowledge of controlling contract budget costs.

• Previous team leader, foreman, chargehand experience

• Mobile plant Licence holder preferable. (Training can be given)
