En tant que responsable, vous appréciez :

- Utiliser votre expertise dans la vente pour apporter service exceptionnel afin d'offrir une expérience de marque de qualité à nos consommateurs ;

- Coordonner, encadrer et motiver les employés de votre équipe et garantir une excellente atmosphère de travail ;

- Soutenir la gestion des activités quotidiennes pour atteindre les objectifs de vente (y compris les services numériques, le merchandising visuel, la surface de vente, les campagnes promotionnelles) ;

- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes en partenariat avec la direction de votre magasin ;

- Être un ambassadeur de la marque pour les initiatives de NIKE ;

- Veiller à ce que le magasin respecte toutes les normes et directives de NIKE
