Hva gÄr jobben ut pÄ?
Som Tech Presale Engineer vil du jobbe i vÄrt sikkerhetsteam med fokus pÄ teknisk salgsstÞtte i tett samarbeid med Business Development Managers og andre salgsrepresentanter. Rollen innebÊrer bÄde direkte kundekontakt og tett samarbeid med vÄre partnere. Du vil:
- Samhandle med partnere, identifisere behov og forretningsmuligheter ved Ä utfÞre teknisk rÄdgivning.
- OpplĂŠring av partnere og overfĂžring av teknisk kunnskap innen tildelte produsenter og lĂžsninger.
- BistÄ med teknisk rÄdgiving og stÞtte med nye lÞsninger og design av sikkerhet.
- Sette opp PoC (proof of concepts) innenfor innen tildelte produsenter og lĂžsninger.
- Holde deg oppdatert gjennom sertifisering, opplĂŠring og trening.
- Teknisk posisjonering og promotering av produkter og lĂžsninger gjennom tilpassede presentasjoner, demo, webinar og workshops.

Arrow ECS in Norway is now looking for an engaged and skilled Tech Presale Engineer for our security team. This is a unique opportunity to work with world-leading technology around secure solutions that make a big difference and create high value for our customers.
What does the job entail?
As a Tech Presale Engineer, you will work in our security team with a focus on technical sales support in close collaboration with Business Development Managers and other sales representatives. The role involves both direct customer contact and close cooperation with our partners. You will:
- Interact with partners, identify needs and business opportunities by providing technical advice.
- Train partners and transfer technical knowledge within assigned manufacturers and solutions.
- Assist with technical advice and support with new solutions and security design.
- Set up PoC (proof of concepts) within assigned manufacturers and solutions.
- Stay updated through certification, training, and education.
- Technically position and promote products and solutions through tailored presentations, demos, webinars, and workshops.
What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in technical sales and Presale, business development, or partner development, preferably in the IT or security industry.
- A good understanding of security solutions and the ability to explain complex technologies in a simple way.
- Strong customer orientation with a passionate sense of innovation and learning new technology.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to create trust with both customers and partners.
- A structured and proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and deliver results.
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
