What your impact will look like here:

• Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch.
• Maintain project plans including status, issues, and opportunities for assigned implementations.
• Advocate and evangelize "best practices" to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients.
• Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around digital communications.
• Facilitate online client training.
• Ability to deploy all Granicus products for local, county and state clients.
• Work directly with Project Managers and Implementation Consultants for the implementation of our Granicus Products as needed for specific technical items. 
• Ability to work directly with customers on issues or implementation matters. 

You will love this job if you have:

• 5+ years of experience working in software/tech, specifically with Implementations
• Programming Knowledge on .NET (C#), JS and SQL
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.
• Work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, some remote
• Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn innovative technologies. 
• Passion for customers.
• Relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first.
• Record of accomplishment of functioning well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands.
• Excellent communications skills – listening, verbal, and written.
• Drive your team’s success.
• Value the importance of user experience.
• Ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
• Preferred knowledge and experience on Relational Database and PowerBI.
