We are hiring a Technical Manager, Mobile Development to join our fast-growing team in Richmond, VA. This is a hybrid position.

HYBRID OPTIONS

• 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• 4x10 schedule - guaranteed 3-day weekend

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using the Mobile Technologies (Swift, iOS SDK, Android SDK)
• Develop and maintain applications that scale and reach 30,000+ users per day
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practices
• Develop mobile applications for HTML 5, Android devices, iOS Devices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in mobile development
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of engineers
• 6+ years of experience with mission critical, high volume, mobile apps and/or web-based systems
• Experience working with mobile technologies including: Swift, Android SDK, iOS SDK, Cocoa Framework, XCode IDE, Interface Builder, Git (for source control), Autolayout (using interface builder and APIs)
• Proficiency in writing Unit Tests and/or Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns, MVC, and MVVM

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS AND SKILLS (Nice to haves)

• Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking as well as problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge/experience with Android, iOS, Unit Tests and Test-Driven Development
