Magnite's Technical Operations Managers are key members of Magnite's Technical Operations group. TAMs to help onboard and maintain various integrations with Magnite's partners related to supply, demand and data. Integrations vary in complexity from simple automated reporting systems to complex server-to-server and client-to-server interfaces. Magnite partners include DSPs, DMPs, Publishers, Advertisers and Agencies.
A Magnite DM Technical Operations Manager is responsible for delivering technical and operational support to Magnite's customers and account teams. The TechOps Manager will develop a deep technical understanding of one of Magnite's main products, Demand Manager, help with implementation and post-live support, as well as identify new opportunities to assist our internal and external partners.
In this role you will:

• Lead new customer onboardings/implementation.
• Be the first point of escalation for technical and operational support for the account teams.
• Troubleshoot issues arising from publisher integrations by working cross-functionally with other teams in the company, including Product and Engineering.
• Build relationships with technical and business contacts by providing expert-level guidance and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the ad tech ecosystem.
• Identify areas for product improvement and present those in a compelling way to the Product team.
• Provide internal support to the DM TechOps team by identifying processes that can drive efficiency, communicating to stakeholders, and putting them into effect.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in Programmatic Advertising/Header Bidding
• Technologies in a Technical role or equivalent
• Strong understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (Header Bidding, SSPs, DSPs, etc.)
• Organized, time efficient, and ability to develop robust documentation processes.
• Ability to articulate and address complex technical requirements, ideas, and solutions, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing to technical and commercially focused audiences.
• Curiosity and aptitude for working within new technologies.
• Comfortable in meetings and presentations, presenting new platform functionality and asking questions to better understand publisher needs.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Flexible, team-orientated collaborator.
• Knowledge and experience working with complex advertising reporting and analysis systems and tools are preferred.
• JavaScript proficiency is a plus.

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $90,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
