About the function

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo's 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Purpose of Role:

Responsible for running/operating the machinery as well as do regular maintenance on the machines.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver Production at rated speed.
• Capture data and maintain quality standards.
• Responsible for CILT on Own machine (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate and Tightening)
• Adhere to safety and act accordingly.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery under his/her control.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of Own working area.
• Completion of Shift Hand-over Reports.
• Execution of Maintenance on assigned Equipment.
• Implementation of LOTOTO on assigned equipment (LockOut-Tag-Out-Try-Out)
• Accurately Capturing Short-Interval Control Data on assigned Equipment.
• Ensure 5-Why or RCPS is done on Down times as per requirements on assigned machines'
• breakdowns.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or equivalent
• Experience in Operating & Maintaining Manufacturing Equipment (Preferably Utilities Equipment)
• Demonstrate understanding of Teamwork Principles, Continuous Improvement, Preventive
• Maintenance and Problem Solving.
