Requirements
  • Issue Diagnosis and Resolution:
    • Diagnose and resolveĀ technicalĀ issues reported by users.
    • Provide first and second-line support(247 shift rotation included).
    • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for complex issues.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Communicate with customers to understand their issues.
    • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their tickets.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Monitor the health and performance of the OCP Services.
    • Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks.
    • Implement automated monitoring solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Update the knowledge base with new findings.
    • Generate reports on common issues and resolutions.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in cloud infrastructure and Omilia solution.
    • Participate in training and development programs.
    • Ensure that SLOs & SLIs are defined and maintained.
