The Position

NORWEGIAN

For å møte en økende oppdragsmengde ønsker vi å utvide vårt serviceteam med en ny serviceingeniør. Vi er i dag 19 serviceingeniører med til sammen mer enn 100 års erfaring i Roche Diagnostics Norge AS.
Stillingen innebærer teknisk service og vedlikehold av avanserte diagnostiske laboratoriesystemer ute hos kunder og forutsetter utstrakt reiseaktivitet i hele Norge.

OPPGAVER:

• Installasjon, service, vedlikehold og problemløsing på diagnostiske laboratoriesystemer

• Delta på kundemøter

• Kundeopplæring

• Være oppdatert på egne fagområder

• Samarbeide tverrfaglig med andre fagområder intern

• Etablere gode relasjoner med våre internasjonale avdelinger

KVALIFIKASJONER:
Utdannelse innen medisinsk teknikk, elektronikk, automasjonsteknikk eller tilsvarende
Gjerne noen års erfaring fra laboratoriemiljø, medisinsk teknisk avdeling eller lignende
erfaring fra installasjon, service og vedlikeholdsarbeid av teknologiske systemer er ønskelig

• Gode IT-ferdigheter

• Flytende norsk og engelskkunnskaper, skriftlig og muntlig

• Gode kommunikasjonsevner

• God til å jobbe i team

• Førerkort kl. B

We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our inclusive service team at Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. Our team currently comprises 18 service engineers, boasting over 100 years of combined experience.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical service and maintenance for advanced diagnostic laboratory systems at customer sites across Norway. This exciting opportunity involves extensive travel, allowing you to connect with customers throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory systems.

• Engage in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are knowledgeable in utilizing our systems.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your field.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Foster strong relationships with our international divisions to drive success.

Qualifications:

• Education in medical technology, electronics, automation technology, or equivalent.

• Preferably, experience within a laboratory environment, medical technical department, or a related field.

• Proficiency in installing, servicing, and maintaining technological systems is highly desirable.

• Strong IT skills to effectively navigate our systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

• Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
