We are looking for a Telecommunications Specialist (Entry Level) to support our client based in Tallahassee, FL
US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.
This is an on-site position. Candidates must be located in or near Tallahassee, Florida.

The Florida Department of Health Division is looking for a Telecommunications Specialist (Entry Level)Â to add to their team.
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. Process USAC RHC Forms 460, 462 and 463 via the RHC My Portal and RHC Connect websites, as
directed by the Department.
6.1.2. Maintain a Network Cost Worksheet (NCW) for USAC FCC Form 462, as directed by the
Department.
6.1.3. Attend all USAC webinars, as directed by the Department.
6.1.4. Coordinate with USAC Customer Service, as directed by the Department.
6.1.5. Respond to all information requests in the time and manner specified by the Department.
6.1.6. Track USAC filing, funding windows and cut off dates, as directed by the Department.
6.1.7. Communicate USAC policy updates to OIT management, as directed by the Department.
6.1.8. Utilize the DMS ordering portal (CSAB SUNCOM) to audit, maintain and update the NCW and
USAC master spreadsheet, as directed by the Department.
6.1.9. Process Cherwell customer service tickets for DMS Network Services Provisioning Services, as
directed by the Department.
6.1.10. Provide technical support for customer phone calls relating to DMS Network Services
Provisioning Services, as directed by the Department.
6.1.11. Assist other Network Services Provisioning Team members, as directed by the Department.

Compensation and TermÂThis opportunity is for a full-time, 2.5 months contract position with possible extensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $30/hour or $62,400 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.
Qualifications you need -
A successful Telecommunications Specialist (Entry Level)Â candidate possesses years of experience in below mentioned skills-

The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
5.1. One year of experience with federal grant work.
5.2. One year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
5.3. One year of experience with helpdesk ticketing software systems.
5.4. One year of experience with telecommunications.
