What You Will Do

• Responsible of Enter the maintenance connection (or the software that is current) system vouchers input/output.
• Keep organized the materials location.
• Request materials on ARIBA purchase requisition if necessary to maintain the releases.
• Following the release strategy until approved
• Supply the material on window through vouchers.
• Develop improvement action to the top 10 spare parts consumption, working with the maintenance supervisors.
• Implement cycle counts in the area and report weekly.
• Work directly with indirect purchasing team to found better prices for the actual spare parts.
• Weekly analysis for the releases part by part considering the consumption of the last 6 months to evaluate requirements vs stock, max-min and in transit parts.
• Identify obsolete materials and find alternative uses.
• Enter invoices to system.
• Analyzes the materials uses.
• Add/Eliminate part numbers on system once reviewed with the shift engineer.
• Monthly spending reports
• Receives stores and controls the distribution of tools and equipment such as measuring devices.
• Maintains inventories on Maintenance connection (or the software that is current) system (min – max) of equipment, tools, and production supplies, and submits requisitions according to the needs of the different areas.
• Controls tools, equipment, supplies given, and return by the associates, and avoiding mislay of them by the means of vouchers and Kanban Systems.
• Performs transactions and assigns a location to obtain an accurate inventory.
• Provides equipment, tools, and supplies to the different areas of the Company.
• Develops activities intended to a continuous improvement in the area as well as to prevent accidents and work-related injuries.
• Appraises the performance of tool crib assistants and recommends the appropriate development plans.
• Maintains communication with all the areas, maintaining a good relation and a good work environment.
• Support in the compliance with ISO-TS, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• And another task assigned by the supervisor.
• Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs
• What You Need
• Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, etc. Data works)
• Experience of inventory procedures and controls.
• Experience of Maintenance connection or a similar software for tool crib administration
• Experience of SAP System
• English 75%
• Experience and negotiate with Supplier.
• Bachelor's or Engineering degree
• 5 years’ experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
• 5 years’ experience in Material Control.
• Communication skills
