Job Description
As the Treasury Analyst, your primary job responsibilities include:
- Analyzing daily bank balances and activities to determine liquidity requirements and set cash funding position at banks
- Validating payment submissions for proper documentation and authorization as determined under company policy
- Proactively reviewing and monitoring payments for potential weakness in the internal controls
- Performing proper due diligence on payments to prevent fraud
- Ensuring the timely posting and accuracy of cash transactions in the treasury workstation and GL for cash and treasury activities
- Researching and resolving bank and cash related inquiries and variances
- Participating in team meetings to ensure constant and consistent communication and elevate issues as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years treasury experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal guidance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
