The Sr Manager or Director, Growth Operations provides strategic and operational direction for transformational revenue growth within the business. In the role, the leader oversees multiple functional areas: Corporate Analytics, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
The Sr Manager or Director, Growth Operations supports critical business insights and performance requirements. In addition to driving clarity around key Acute & Payer business unit organizational metrics, this role informs and undertakes decision-making to promote strategic alignment and accelerate process improvement in the sales cycle. Other key focus areas include executing on improved pricing and packaging initiatives and critical sales enablement initiatives to decrease time to contract and support the sales lifecycle. The Sr Manager or Director will lead individual contributors as well as at least one manager direct report for a total team of 6-10 direct and indirect reports.
What You’ll Do Reporting to VP, Data Science, the Sr Manager or Director of Growth Operations has these responsibilities across reporting teams.
· Pricing, Packaging, & Discounting – Own all pricing across the Acute & Payer business united, including owning annual rate schedule updates, developing pricing for each new product launch, developing and maintaining discounting policy and guidance, and supporting all custom pricing requests. Design and implement billing process and methodologies in collaboration with Data Engineering, Invoicing, and additional supporting technical teams.
· Price Quote Process – Design, implement, and monitor quoting process. Financial approval of non-standard deals and terms. Weekly deal desk and pricing committee meetings to achieve organizational alignment on pricing and terms for key deals.
· Business Unit OKRs & Metrics – Measure, define, and share regular updates on all Acute & Payer OKRs and KPIs to the Acute & Payer business unit. Share underlying drivers of OKR metric progress to support ongoing progress towards objectives.
· Account Based Marketing – Own, maintain, and enhance account based marketing tools supporting Sales, CSMs, and other departments in tracking key market saturation metrics to be shared with internal and external audiences.
· Process Design & System Optimization – Design process, systems, and tools to optimize the lead to cash process and drive overall growth.
· Performance Management – Design process, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure our teams are hitting their performance targets incorporating early detection and identification into the process to ensure timely/corrective actions are taken.
· Forecasting, Tracking & Reporting – Manage forecasting processes and effectiveness and deliver insightful and action-oriented variance reporting to drive revenue growth.
· Pipeline Management – Drive overall effectiveness of pipeline management in partnership with Growth leadership and own pipeline process – methodology, metrics, review cadences, tools, etc. and measure and report on effectiveness.
· Annual Planning and Optimization – Drive analysis to support annual planning, in partnership with Finance, to set yearly and multi-year targets and annual allocation of quota across teams, segments, markets and territories.
· Compensation – Support effective compensation strategy, partnering with HR and Finance. Support annual sales compensation cycle, including refining process, analysis, and governance.
· Enablement Function – Provide strategic direction and design of sales readiness and effectiveness programs and tools. This includes partnering with GTM leadership to analyze and assess gaps in performance, set enablement priorities, and ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and effective at driving optimal growth results.
· Leading and Motivating Teams – Lead, motivate and develop teams to reach company goals while scaling growth across business unit.
Experienced Required
· 5+ years’ experience leading GTM and Operational processes and teams in SAAS organizations
· Strong analytical skills, able to deal with ambiguity and highly complex data sets to drive insights
· Strong communication and influencings skills – able to manage up or down in the organization
· Strong aptitude and experience using SalesForce to measure and drive performance and reporting
· Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
· Experiencing managing and growing high achieving teams
· Ability to scale GTM operations functions in a fast paced/growing environment.
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

· Strong understanding of recurring revenue and related SaaS metrics.
· Strong understanding and experience of sales, systems and process building to uncover revenue opportunities and influencing rapid growth.
· Strong bias towards action and running efficient teams in a high growth environment.
· Strong empathy and EQ with an ability to influence and motivate sales and revenue teams.
· Strong forecasting and predictive analytics skills in Sales and Revenue functions.
