We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our fast-growing company at an exciting stage, where we’re building a dream team of passionate professionals.
As a UX Researcher, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of cybersecurity automation. You’ll uncover user insights, drive research-driven design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and impactful solutions.
What will you Do?Â
- Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and trends.
- Define and update personas, archetypes, and journey maps based on research findings.
- Partner with analytics teams to uncover insights using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Present findings, validate design solutions, and advocate for user-centric design across the company.
What should you bring to the table?
- 3+ years of UX research experience with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Proven ability to synthesize research into actionable insights and personas.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Google Analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HCI, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or automation products is a plus.
