  • Team Development & Leadership: Build and nurture a high performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and providing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in performance marketing across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Meta Search, and other performance-based acquisition channels.

  • Proven experience managing a large P&L and driving measurable business growth through performance search strategies.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, automation, and technology-driven marketing solutions, with experience integrating these into large-scale marketing operations.
