Your Role

You will manage the growth and project delivery of Navisite’s SAP Practice. You will be tasked with transforming and scaling the organization for growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to critical operational and financial metrics.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience with SAP Practice Management, SAP Presales and Go to Market activities and deployment of SAP projects.

· Develop and communicate the growth strategy and roadmap for the SAP Practice including establishing buy-in from key stakeholders

· Develop and implement a resourcing strategy that delivers the most cost effective and appropriate mix of internal and external resources, optimizing the respective solution delivery to improve service, increase delivery and reduce costs.

· Recruit, motivate and develop a customer focused team; establish a culture that embraces responsibility and accountability, values teamwork, encourages diversity and delivers performance-based outcomes.

· Act as a thought leader; leverage technology trends and constantly refine the processes and methods to drive speed of deployments and cost effectiveness.

· Ensure effective engagement between onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.

· Establish objectives and programs that target continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

· Build an environment of trust and collaboration between Navisite, our partners and our customers.

· Develop an effective Go to Market and delivery partner network.

· Foster close relationship with SAP

· Experience in a fast-paced environment and experience building teams is a big plus.

· Proven ability to interact and communicate with CxO-level personnel and navigate customer organizations to ensure successful project delivery and acceptance.

· Familiarity with SAP’s project implementation methodology ACTIVATE, business process optimization and fit to standard implementation.

· Deep SAP product knowledge; develop and maintain a solid understanding of SAP products and methodologies and corporate messaging.

· Business Accountability for growth, profitability and efficiency of the SAP Practice

· Customer Experience: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to scale up or scale down as needed.

· Executive Presence: Instill confidence in prospects, customers, partners about Navisite’s SAP delivery capabilities. Crisp, clear and concise communicator – both written and verbal.

· Trusted Advisor: Earn our customer’s trust by delivering outsized business outcomes. Address and manage complex customer issues and provide recommendations aligned with account strategy.

· Relationship Building: Develop and build strong relationships both internally and externally.

· Ability to travel up to 50%


Preferred Qualifications

· 15+ years of relevant SAP industry experience

· 10+ years’ direct people management experience preferably in a professional services team.

· SAP Practice leadership experience

· Hands-on functional SAP experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Possess a positive attitude with high self-awareness, professionalism, and ownership.

· Ability to identify, attract and retain top talent.

· Proven track record planning and managing large, customer-facing programs of work and/or digital SAP transformations.

· Experience solution selling with an overwhelming belief that solutions increase customer success and drive product adoption.

· Strong skills in strategic planning, critical thinking, and financial analysis.

· Strong stakeholder management along with the ability to build one’s own “brand”.

· Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage competing client demands.
