- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Attend Team Member Orientation within 30 days of employment.
- This is a flexible position that there are no guaranteed hours. Must be willing to serve in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
- Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work rotating shifts.
- Stands and walks for long periods. The work requires the use of both arms, hands, and legs, and involves prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and light lifting. Continually lifts and carries items weighing less than 10 pounds.
- Must meet state/local age requirements (21) at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages.
- Work is usually performed inside with adequate lighting and heat and may be exposed to possibility of cuts, bruises, and slippery floors when in kitchen area.
- Must be available for Community Events that the Business Operations Division Supports. These events include, but not limited to Oktoberfest, Freedom Fest, Silver Wings Golf Club Pro AM, Thanksgiving Fest, Children's Fest and Winterfest.
Qualifications
No prior training or work experience required.
Best Qualified Qualifications:
At least six months of experience working as a Waiter in a casual dining restaurant.
*Applicants meeting the minimum and best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first. In order to be considered Best Qualified, your resume must show that you meet BOTH minimum qualifications and ALL of the Best Qualified Criteria.
Applicants will be sent to the hiring manager on a weekly basis as needed. The 1st cut off date will 09/18/2024. And additional referral lists may be issued at management's request.
