Our Ways of Working

We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. This role specifically is held on-site at our Lockbourne, Ohio warehouse. The hours for this role are Sunday - Friday 9:30pm - 6:00am

What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Third Shift,  for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio!  We're looking for someone to lead our overnight warehouse team with excitement and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols. • Experienced Leader: You bring 5+ years of management experience and 3+ years in warehouse operations, ready to take charge and inspire your team.

• Team Builder: Creating and leading training programs, implementing SOPs, and fostering a positive, growth-focused culture is your specialty.
• Proven Third-Shift Leader: You’ve successfully led overnight teams and genuinely enjoy the unique energy and opportunities that come with supervising during third-shift hours.
• Exceptional Communicator: You motivate teams with clear, impactful communication and thrive in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem Solver: Data-driven and resourceful, you identify issues, analyze challenges, and deliver smart, effective solutions.
• Safety Champion: Protecting your team is a top priority, with a strong track record of enforcing safety protocols and maintaining secure workplaces.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
