[WEBTOON] Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

The Global Biz Ops team at WEBTOON is responsible for integrated management control, strategic planning, and business support across the organization. Specifically, the FP&A team handles comprehensive management control tasks including the analysis and forecasting of overall business and financial metrics, development of annual operation plans, and financial projections for long-term growth plans that encompass all business units, including subsidiaries. As WEBTOON continues to expand globally, the organization’s responsibilities are becoming more diversified and sophisticated, offering a wide range of job opportunities and rapid growth potential. Essential Duties:

• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual budget variance analysis to identify significant variances, understand underlying causes, and recommend corrective action.
• Aid in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic scenarios and their financial impact, forecasting the company’s long-term growth and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to finance and broader business, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Synthesize financial performance data and strategic inputs to propose the company’s future business direction, effectively communicating these insights to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develop and establish Annual Operating Plan by aligning financial targets with strategic business goals, collating and evaluating budget proposals from various departments, ultimately defining the company's financial objectives/targets. 
• Develop and enhance budget management framework, optimizing processes for efficient budgetary control.
• Adapt to unconventional working hours and perform high-intensity tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling & planning.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and market data.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems in a plus. 
• Fluent or capable of communicating and conducting business meetings in Korean preferred.
