What We Are Looking For
As our Wholesale Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating ways for new customers to experience ThirdLove products through wholesale and other channels. This position will drive profitable partnerships by fostering strong relationships with new partners, working closely with internal stakeholders to activate wholesale partner plans, and executing the go-to-market process.Â
What You Will Own And How You Will Make A DifferenceÂ
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end: lead sales meetings, negotiate partnerships and manage the partnership to launch phase
- Establish and cultivate relationships with representatives of wholesale partners
- Partner with merchandising to determine the right assortment strategy that aligns with the wholesale channel and end customer, ensuring both proper brand representation and healthy gross margins
- Develop sales and marketing toolkits including assortment plans and technical product materials, to effectively service wholesale partners and bring the brand to life at retail
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of work experience in wholesale sales in the apparel industry preferably in women's intimates, swim, sports or loungewear
- You have deep prior relationships with mass merchants and departments stores that allow you to drive immediate impact and results
- You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a strong bias towards action
- You are able to travel as needed

Physical Demands
- Stand or Sit : Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 60% of the time
- Use hands/fingers to handle or feel: Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, printer, etc.
- See: The ability to observe details at close range like digital writing (within a few feet of the observer).
- Talk & Speak clearly: The ability to verbally communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations, many of these interactions can be online and will require verbal exchanges.
- Hear & Verbal Comprehension: The ability to listen to what other colleagues verbally express and understand the information that has been provided.
- Walk:The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Thought Processing: be able to make logical connections between thoughts and/or actions. Be able to understand their relevance to achieve a goal or keep the thread of conversation.
