This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR. For many of our clients, successfully getting their data operations into cloud environments is a major focus. The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday, Inc., is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of more than 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

As a member of one of the world's largest Workday-certified teams, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you'll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Learning Associate Manager your primary responsibilities may include:

• Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
• Architect Workday Learning solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsusingprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates andkeep them apprised of overall project status
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Qualifications

Here's What You Need

• Existing and up to date Workday Learning Partner Certification
• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
• 2+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership role
• Experience managing teams of 1+ persons
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience

Bonus Points If

• 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
• Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functional areas
• Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
• Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $83,200 - $134,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
