あなたの役割と責任
本ポジションではIBMのオファリングやテクノロジーを活用し、官公庁• 自治体のお客様に対し専門的なサービスを提案、リード、実装していく役割を担います。
＜主な業務内容＞
• 営業
- 官公庁に関する新規顧客開拓および案件創出
- IBMソリューションに拘らず顧客課題を解決するためのベストプラクティスを提案しビジネス成約まで推進
- 他の提案メンバーに加えてやデリバリーメンバーと協業しながら提案を推進
- 具体的なお客様：中央省庁、独立行政法人、自治体等
具体的なお客さま：総務省、財務省、厚生労働省、法務省、農林水産省、国土交通省、外務省、防衛省、経済産業省、内閣府、国会、地方自治体 等
必要なスキル• 経験
- 営業として顧客課題の解決に向けて1人称で対応した経験があること（官公庁実績は問いません）
- モノを売る営業ではなく、価値を売る営業を目指しているため、自身がそのようなアクティビティを実施したいと考えていること
- コミュニケーション能力（協調性、アクティブリスニング）
