You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience:

1. Experience in and knowledge of food preparation principals and characteristics of food.
2. Ability to perform yield tests and understand how to adjust ingredients in standardized recipes.
3. Knowledge of procedures to order, issue, and store food.
