Position Summary
Alvaro Puga, Commercial Sales Director for the Puppet brand at Perforce is searching for a Commercial Account Executive to join the team. We are looking for an individual who will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and securing NEW business opportunities inside and existing installed based of customers. This position is ideal for a high-performing, organized, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to chase and close new deals with existing customers. You will be at the forefront of our EXPANSION efforts, tasked with developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT, software, or related industry.
- Performance: Proven track record as a high performer in sales, with a hunter mentality and a strong drive to initiate and close deals.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable discussing technical products and solutions, with a willingness to deepen knowledge in Puppet's offerings.
- Solution-Oriented: Ability to understand customer challenges and articulate compelling solutions that meet their needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, automation, and compliance standards, with a keen interest in staying informed on industry trends.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building lasting customer relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing strategic sales plans and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- New Business Opportunities within EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure and compliance automation space.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored Puppet solutions.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct vigorous prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Puppet's solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts, leveraging CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.
