The Viracopos branch is looking for a highly motivated and reliable person to support all aspects of our
accounting department including accounts receivable and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate for this position must have an intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel. Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Our work environment is team oriented and very fast paced; therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitude and attire that exemplifies the Expeditors culture. 

Job Description

Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção para diversas áreas da empresa;

Realizar triagens de currículos e entrevistas presenciais e por chamada de vídeo;

Acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento;

Elaborar estratégias de atração de talentos;

Realizar integração de novos colaboradores;

Prestar suporte nas demandas de administração de pessoal e desenvolvimento de pessoas;

Apoiar em ações de clima organizacional e endomarketing;

Atuar nas movimentações admissionais e demissionais da empresa;

Administrar o programa de jovem aprendiz e estagiários.

Qualifications

• Experiência comprovada na área
• Inglês avançado
• Conhecimento da area de logística
• Formado ou graduando na Area Administrativa ou correlatas.
