Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their Strategy and Business Development team. You will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current driving experiences Business Model and prepare a go-to-market strategy for a future Retail First model.

All driving experiences will be evaluated for in-source/out-source opportunities and a fleet management strategy. You will be responsible for delivering a business model transition road map for all current and future driving experience programs. You will continue work being done to evaluate the Bronco Off-Roadeo business case and implement learnings to future pilots and programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
- Conduct a Business Model Assessment and prepare comprehensive analysis for all current and future driving experience programs.
- Continue Bronco Off-Roadeo business case and implement learnings to future pilots and programs.
- Complete Assessment for Retail First Transition and develop go-to-market strategy for all current and future driving experience programs.
- Evaluate current fleet and partnership models for most efficient and profitable in-source/out-source operations model.
- Work cross-functionally, both within the Ford Performance and the broader Ford organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in (Finance, Business Development, Strategy etc.).
Even better, you may have...
- Master's of Business Administration (MBA).
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Passion for motorsports and understanding of the industry is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, putting the customer first.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.
- Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue.
