Cards and Payments BA

Infosys is seeking an Cards and Payments Business Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Johnston, RI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

• Lead business analysis for card payment systems, including credit, debit, and digital payment solutions
  
• Analyze transaction data, payment trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for payment solutions
  
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment operations, including transaction success rates, fraud metrics, and processing costs
  
• Create detailed documentation for payment workflows, system integrations, and operational procedures
  
• Support the implementation of new payment features, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.)
  
• Evaluate and recommend third-party payment service providers and payment gateway solutions
  
• Develop and maintain reports on payment performance, reconciliation, and settlement processes
  
• Work closely with development teams to test and validate payment functionality across platforms
