Position Overview

The Autodesk Education Marketing team is looking for a passionate storyteller and experienced content marketer to join the global Content & Campaigns marketing team, responsible for key customer-facing content initiatives including designing a content strategy and distribution model for what, where, and how we amplify and optimize content in our marketing plans.

This is a new role critical to the Education Marketing team's growth as content curators, storytellers, and content distributors. The Content Marketing Manager should have a strong understanding of the role content plays in a connected, multi-channel journey and have experience in developing strategies that apply core anchor assets and their derivatives to the right audience, in the right channel, at the right time. This person will be responsible for liaising with cross-functional teams to understand the EDU audience lifecycle, sales engagements, and product narrative imperatives in order to develop a content strategy that supports the awareness, consideration, and use of Fusion in our education markets.

The ideal candidate has a full spectrum of subject matter expertise in content marketing and is energized by the opportunity to build new marketing capabilities that support the next generation of Education Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global customer-facing content strategy framework
  • Align content pipeline to global and geo campaign strategies
  • Maintain global editorial calendar, content audits, library, and governance

  • Inform production and development for optimal distribution and audience engagement with content
  • Consult on integrated content distribution strategy across channels such as web, email, SEM, social, and events
  • Contribute to creative briefs to ensure content creators, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams understand content purpose and goals
  • Ensure content is consistent with the needs of our segments, lifecycle stages, and performance measures

  • Recommend content measures aligned to Education key results and Marketing key performance indicators
  • Leverage data to optimize and inform channels, content types, and ROI
  • Create and present PPT reports of content performance and results against benchmarks

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience with content strategy, content marketing, development, production, and distribution
  • Exceptional storyteller and idea-generator with an audience-first mindset and a demonstrated ability to think of content across an audience lifecycle
  • Firm understanding of user experiences and use of SEO to inform content strategy
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Power BI)

  • Unafraid to try new things and challenge the status quo
  • Sense of humor, yes, it's a minimum qualification!
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

L'equipe de marketing de l'education d'Autodesk est a la recherche d'une personne passionnee par la mise en recit et experimentee dans le marketing de contenu pour rejoindre l'equipe mondiale de marketing de contenu et de campagnes. Elle sera responsable des principales initiatives de contenu orientees vers la clientèle, y compris la conception d'une strategie de contenu et d'un modèle de distribution pour determiner quel contenu doit être amplifie et optimise, et où et comment il doit l'être, le tout dans le cadre de nos plans marketing.

Il s'agit d'un nouveau rôle essentiel pour la croissance de l'equipe de marketing de l'education composee de gestionnaires de contenu, de professionnel(le)s de la mise en recit et de distributeur(trice)s de contenu. Le ou la responsable du marketing de contenu doit avoir une bonne comprehension du rôle que joue le contenu dans un parcours connecte et multicanal. Il ou elle doit aussi avoir de l'experience dans l'elaboration de strategies qui utilisent du contenu accrocheur et ses derives pour atteindre le bon auditoire, dans le bon canal et au bon moment. Cette personne sera chargee d'assurer la liaison avec les equipes interfonctionnelles pour comprendre le cycle de vie de l'auditoire EDU, les engagements de vente et les exigences narratives du produit afin d'elaborer une strategie de contenu qui favorise la visibilite, la consideration et l'utilisation de Fusion sur nos marches de l'education.

Le ou la candidat(e) ideal(e) possède un large eventail d'expertise en matière de marketing de contenu et est motive(e) par la possibilite de creer de nouvelles capacites de marketing qui soutiendront la prochaine generation de marketing de l'education.

Responsabilites

  • Diriger le cadre de la strategie de contenu oriente vers la clientèle au niveau international
  • Aligner le pipeline de contenu sur les strategies de campagnes internationales et geographiques
  • Maintenir l'echeancier editorial international, les audits de contenu, la bibliothèque et la gouvernance
  • Transmettre les informations a la production et au developpement pour assurer une distribution optimale et l'engagement de l'auditoire envers le contenu
  • Agir a titre de rôle-conseil en matière de strategie integree de distribution de contenu sur des canaux tels que le Web, les courriels, le SEM, les reseaux sociaux et les evenements
  • Contribuer aux dossiers de creation publicitaire pour s'assurer que les createur(trice)s de contenu, les parties prenantes et les equipes interfonctionnelles comprennent les objectifs du contenu
  • Faire en sorte que le contenu soit coherent avec les besoins de nos segments, les etapes du cycle de vie et les indicateurs de performance
  • Recommander des indicateurs d'evaluation de contenu alignes sur les resultats cles de l'education et les indicateurs cles de rendement du marketing
  • Exploiter les donnees pour optimiser et informer les canaux, les types de contenu et le retour sur investissement
  • Creer et presenter des rapports au format PowerPoint sur la performance du contenu et les resultats par rapport aux critères de reference

Exigences minimales

  • 8 ans ou plus d'experience en matière de strategie de contenu, de marketing de contenu, de developpement, de production et de distribution
  • Une capacite de mise en recit exceptionnelle et un esprit creatif capable de generer des idees en tenant compte de l'auditoire, ainsi qu'une capacite averee a planifier le contenu en fonction du cycle de vie de l'auditoire
  • Bonne comprehension des experiences des utilisateurs et de l'utilisation du referencement pour informer la strategie de contenu
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365 (par exemple, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
  • Ne pas avoir peur d'essayer de nouvelles choses et de remettre en question le statu quo
  • Un bon sens de l'humour (oui, c'est une qualification essentielle!)
  • Excellentes competences de communication ecrite et orale en anglais
  • Capacite a s'adapter a un environnement en evolution rapide

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,900 and $171,380. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
