Job Description

Основні обов'язки:

• Розробка документів правового характеру.
• Перевірка та перегляд господарських договорів;
• Консультування з питань поточної діяльності підприємства;
• Підготовка запитів та відповідей на запити контролюючих, правоохоронних та ін. уповноважених органів;
• Предствництво в судах;
• Виконання інших завдань за дорученням керівництва.

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:

• Вища освіта відповідного напрямку та досвід роботи за професією юриста не менше 3 років;
• Англійська мова: Upper-Intermediate;
• Висока комунікабельність;
• Відповідальність, дисциплінованість, ініціативність та наполегливість.
• Здатність працювати в команді;
• Хороші аналітичні здібності;
• Здатність ефективно працювати під тиском строків та пріоритетів, що визначаються керівником юридичного відділу;
• Знання: законодавство України, у т.ч. що регулює ЗЕД підприємства;

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи у міжнародній виробничій компанії/ІТ компанії;
• Наявність свідоцтва про право на заняття адвокатською.
