The Role:

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Corporate Applications team. This team maintains the technical ownership of most business systems and related integrations.

As a Data Engineer you will help build the next generation suite of internal tools that enable our Technical and business stakeholders to see and act quickly to changing business conditions. You will build scalable data pipelines infrastructure and tools that power our products and services.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assembling large complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements

• Identifying designing and implementing internal process improvements optimizing data delivery and automating manual processes

• Contribute to the development of required infrastructure for optimal extraction transformation and loading of data from various data sources using various technologies (e.g. K8s Cron Jobs integrators/IPaaS)

• Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition

• Working with stakeholders and support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years working with Python in a software/data engineering role

• Build and optimizes data sets data pipelines and architectures

• Perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions

• Excellent analytic skills associated with working on unstructured datasets

• Build processes that support data transformation workload management data structures dependency and metadata

• Use and develop common design patterns for ELT/ETL

• Experience with BigQuery Celigo Integrator.io Looker Studio dbt fivetran or similar tools

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or in a related field or equivalent experience

$130000 - $160000 semi monthly

Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. The expected base salary for this position will range from $130000 to $160000 plus bonus & full benefits. Actual compensation will be based on a number of factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Pay ranges are US applicable only.
