DevOps Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure cloud environment operations
• Set automation standards and ensure proper usage across development, testing, and operations
• Define technical/business requirements for automation tools, maintain documentation, and enforce compliance
• Enforce mechanisms to ensure compliance with automation policies
• Streamline development, testing, and deployment processes, minimizing bottlenecks and optimizing performance
• Collaborate closely with Developers and other teams to ensure the infrastructure and automation they build support rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field and 5 years of experience in a Devops and System Administration role.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, automation).
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, GitHub/Gitlab, Bicep, IaC and Git source control.
• Knowledge of integrating security practices within the DevOps lifecycle.
• Experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• In-depth understanding of Docker, including image creation and container networking.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python for automation tasks.
• Experience with Linux System (RHEL, Debian) administration related tasks and activities.
• Strong experience with tools such as Ansible.
• Ability to implement logging, auditing, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with solutions like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with microservices architecture, distributed system principles and scalability.
