Director, Finance and People Technologies

What we're looking for

As the Director, Business Systems supporting Finance & People Technologies, you will lead a team of solution engineers focused on operational processes, underlying data, and technology platforms (like Workday, NetSuite, Zuora). You and the team would work with the Finance and People departments to further refine daily operational processes, build-in scale, and help transform the ecosystem with the introduction of new technologies or refinement of existing ones.

Reporting to the VP, Business Systems, you will help shape our strategy, translating the vision into actionable steps, while collaborating across multiple departments, embracing strategic and daily initiatives, and compliance obligations. You will provide the foundation for further refining, building, and transforming our Finance and People ecosystem.

The Business Systems manages the underlying business infrastructure systems and data that help Momentive scale and deliver its company-wide strategy.

You will

• Lead a team responsible for Finance and People technologies and operational processes delivering both strategic initiatives and daily operational enhancements. Your leadership will create a supportive environment that will amplify the team’s skills. 
• Develop a vision, strategy, and execution roadmap that continues to push the scalability and evolution of our Finance and People ecosystem while enabling the execution of the operations of our Finance and People organizations (including month-end close, payroll, and benefits)
• Continue to refine the overall technology footprint, underlying data, and operational processes and roadmaps - in close collaboration with the functional teams to ensure agile execution, compliance, and scale while focusing on data-driven actions and automation
• Work with Trust & Security, Data, and People & Finance teams to enhance our data, compliance, and security posture
• Leverage industry best practices and innovations to further accelerate the overall effectiveness and impact of the Finance and People ecosystem

You have

• 5+ years of experience working in Finance and People technologies, including working knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, compliance, payroll, benefits, and global experience
• Experience using data to tell stories, drive strategy, and influence decisions
• Collaboration skills that create the foundation for impactful communication
• Experience using technology platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Zuora, etc
• Experience leading teams with integrity while creating space to celebrate wins and learn from setbacks to unleash your team’s greatest performance

What we offer our employees

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $168,980 - $254,035 / year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
